Returns, replacements and refunds
You can return your purchase within 14 days. The cost of the item(s) will be refunded in full. Returned items must be un-used and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before you return your purchase you need to contact us at email@example.com, with the order details (order number and your name). Please also write a note to let us know why you are returning your item, as it will help us further improve our customer service.
If you would like to switch to another size of the same product, or change to another product, please let us know all the details in the email.
You will receive an email back with all the information you need on how to return and ship the product back to us.
The shipping cost for the return is covered by you. Unless of course it has been a mistake made on our part, or the item has been damaged before or during delivery. If your package is damaged when delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
We can not take responsibility for any items returned without given notification, so please remember to email us first. Before the item reaches us it is your responsibility. We therefore recommend that you use a shipping service that allows you to trace your package. We will transfer the money back to the account you used for the purchase as soon as we have received the returned package.
If you ship internationally, please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Lilldal 2:10 Design AB is not responsible for any return Customs charges made.
For packages that are not claimed within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover any return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
